“Stay Here Now” was written from the depths of grief following the loss of my beautiful mother and its message has become so poignant for all who have endured terrible losses in the last year. It simply says that when you are drowning in grief, stop thrashing around, lay back and float – because you are exactly where you are supposed to be when your world has come crashing down around your ears.
